Looking to bring a bit of your horse into your home? You can now grab a custom made ornament based on your horse's photo! Created out of needle felted wool, with a felt backing and a jute hanging string, it looks lovely hanging on a Christmas tree or as a space filler on an empty square of wall.
How it works:
- Purchase your Custom Hanging Ornament as normal
- E-mail me at needleneddies@gmail.com with photos of your horse - at least a photo of the side you've chosen to have done, but ideally a front-facing photo too! The more the better :) Photos need to be sent within 24h, or your order will be cancelled.
- Wait a few days - I will send back a couple of photos of the finished product so you can check if everything looks ok.
- Relax, and keep an eye out for the postman!

If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a full refund to the original payment method.
Please contact us through the contact form or by e-mail to needleneddies@gmail.com to arrange your return. Please note that you will be responsible for any postage costs when returning your items. Refunds will be processed once proof of postage is presented, and should be in your bank account within 3-5 working days.
We aim to dispatch orders within three working days, though it may take up to five working days during busy times.
All domestic orders are sent through Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service, unless otherwise specified. International orders are sent through Royal Mail's International Tracked service or a courier.
Please note that international orders may incur extra fees when going through customs - these are unfortunately out of our control and must be paid by the customer.
