Orders can be placed through e-mail at needleneddies@gmail.com, or through the contact form. Please make sure you read and understand the Terms & Conditions before placing your order.

If ordering a portrait model, please include clear, unfiltered photos of your horse if possible, including any markings and conformational details. I can work with partial or blurry photographs, though, so don't let that put you off!

I am able to incorporate mane or tail hair into my pieces, as well as cremated remains. They will be handled with care and respect. Feel free to drop me a message if you would like to discuss this!

I am also happy to work out a payment plan if needed.

Riders - Starting at £100, depending on complexity of clothing and hair.

Can be dressed for a show, for mucking out stalls, or anywhere in between - the sky is the limit! Each rider comes with a riding hat and a carrot. I have a wide variety of fabrics so can accommodate different clothing styles. Rider faces, hands and boots are sculpted in clay, with a needle felted body and breeches so they can be posed.

Headcollars - Starting at £15, depending on complexity.

Wide variety of colours available, and always happy to get more by request - shoot me a message if you'd like to check availability! I am able to copy full size headcollar designs within reason. Hardware can be silver or gold, a lead can be included at no extra cost.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY

I aim to complete a piece within three months, but this varies based on how many projects I have on the workbench at any given moment.

Feel free to ask for an estimate on completion time when you order your commission; please keep in mind that it is only an estimate, not a hard deadline.

Rush orders will be subject to an extra charge.

Once complete, your piece will be shipped through Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service if within the UK, or International Tracked if outside the UK. If you need a postage estimate, please ask before placing your order.
